Description About the Role: Step into an exciting role as a Network Design Administrator at Opticomm, where you’ll play a pivotal part in managing and optimising our network design data. You’ll take charge of updating records, supporting cutting-edge design processes, and collaborating with a passionate, dynamic team to ensure our systems are accurate and exceptional. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Update addresses in the DAD system Add estates to government mapping systems (SIPs) Submit "Dial Before You Dig" requests Maintain CCID database information Work with the Field Services team to update design records Use Excel and AutoCAD for data and design tasks Help refine design guidelines and create accurate documentation Ensure adherence to quality control processes Review design standards for efficiency and flexibility About you: The ideal person for this role will have/be: Problem solver with great attention to detail Strong oral and written communication skills Self-starter, able to manage time and priorities Works well with both internal and external stakeholders Adaptable in a fast-changing environment Team player who shares knowledge and collaborates effectively Innovative, always seeking creative solutions Takes initiative for ongoing personal and skill development Demonstrates integrity through honesty and transparency Professional attitude and positive approach to work Essential Experience: Advanced Excel skills for data and reporting Moderate skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Moderate AutoCAD skills for design tasks Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to collaborate and adapt in a dynamic environment About us: Uniti Group is an exciting, dynamic and fast-growing word-class digital infrastructure company.
