We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join a small, dynamic building company in Blacktown for a 2-month contract role. Key Responsibilities: Assist with procurement of materials, supplies, and services for various construction projects. Manage supplier relationships and process purchase orders. Track and update inventory levels. Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors. Maintain procurement records and reports for internal use. Provide administrative support to the project management team. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in procurement or office administration, ideally in the construction industry. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
