An exciting and new opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator to join a growing Accounting practice A fantastic opportunity for a vibrant and organized Receptionist / ASIC Administration Officer to join our client in their Melbourne office. Our client is seeking someone with a go-getter attitude who is looking for step in the door within a professional practice Duties: The successful candidate will be required to man reception, manage the office administration work and some ASIC and ATO administration. You will be the first point of contact for clients and be on hand to assist the team with any ad hoc administration required. Experience with ASIC would be a bonus, however not essential. Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls from customers/tenants/clients Responding to emails Meet and greet with all members of the public and clients Liaise with clients and other organisations in person and over the phone Assist with ad-hoc administration tasks to support the accountants be there to backup ASIC administrators Strong client/customer focus & ability to build strong relationships ASIC Applications Skills & experience: Experience working within a public practice accounting firm, desirable Highly organised with strong communication skills Excellent presentation Passion for professional services Interested in furthering your career Benefits: Great team environment Ongoing training Modern Offices Room for progression Close to home How to Apply To apply for this role, please submit your resume through the APPLY button.
