About the role National Parks and Wildlife Service is looking to create a talent pool for ongoing and/or temporary upcoming opportunities for the role of Customer Service Officer, that will work as part of the team and contribute towards the conservation of the natural environment, flora, fauna and Aboriginal heritage. About You You are a highly organised and motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative, busy and diverse setting. You possess strong analytical, business and project management skills. You have experience with customer relationship, revenue management, contact centre, transaction, reservation and financial systems. You have experience creating reports from large databases, perform business analysis and present recommendations to senior management. You have excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire others to support your projects. Essential Requirements Demonstrated experience supporting a customer focussed information, reservations and service centre delivered across multiple channels. Demonstrated experience in business analysis, project management, reporting, financial, reservation and transaction systems. Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
