In this role, you'll work closely with our management team to develop your leadership abilities while helping to oversee the daily operations of our dynamic retail stores. This is just the first step in building a successful leadership career in retail where there's no limit to your potential This is a permanent full-time position working a roster from Sunday to Thursday. As a Service Manager, you'll be tasked with: Guiding our team in educating parents on our products, demonstrating their features and benefits, fostering genuine relationships with each and every customer. Maintaining the store's appearance and showcasing our latest promotions. Ensuring that all OH&S protocols are upheld to promote a culture of safety for all. Managing KPIs - Safety, Sales, Loyalty, NPS. What you'll bring to the role: To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a solid background in customer service and a proven track-record in meeting and beating sales targets and KPI's - any industry experience will be considered Additionally, you'll need to have a flair for clear communication, be comfortable working in a challenging and fast-paced environment and managing and motivating others.
