The Role: We are growing our sales team in our North office and are looking for a Sales Associate to join the team This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career under the leadership and guidance of an experienced Property Consultant in a well-known local agency. As a Sales Associate, you will assist in the team’s success by: • Efficient management of listings and sales, daily prospecting, attending open inspections, negotiating sales, assisting the lead agent • Administration tasks such as diary management, vendor and buyer communication, and project management • Meeting individual and team KPI’s and budgets • Exceptional customer service and client management The company: Harris Real Estate is an undeniable success story. The candidate: We are looking for someone with: • A current Real Estate License is essential - Certificate IV in Property Services • Experience in real estate (desirable) • Experience in CRM systems (Agent Box is preferred if experienced in real estate) • High level of customer service • Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and consistent high attention to detail • Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems • Knowledge of the legislation around listing and selling property • An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently The process: Please click ‘Apply’ to send your Cover Letter and CV.
