Job Duties will include but not be limited to: Help customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery. Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. Service customer requirements with friendly expert advice and quality products Establish strong long term relationships with existing and new customers Liaise with established customers on a regular basis Attend/participate, involvement with Car Clubs, Events, etc Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Ensure all merchandise is displayed in an appropriate manner & in a clean environment at all times. Change displays regularly, prepare and update price tickets as instructed for ALL Stores. Keeping accurate records of stock in and out of store and ensure no product leaves store without documentation. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. What will set you ahead of the pack is: experience or knowledge of digital IT marketing being a results driven individual great at building and maintaining client relationships Excellent Verbal Communication knowing your way around social media platforms This role is Monday to Friday with a requirement for working a half day on Saturdays approximately 39 weeks of the year.
