Initial 6 month contract - Join a leading national commercial agency in SA / Adelaide as a Facilities Manager in a prominent shopping centre Property Network of Australia is currently seeking a Facilities Management professional employed on an initial 6 month basis to cover a period of personal leave and provide facilities management at a prominent shopping centre in Mount Gambier, SA. Reporting to a Centre Manager, the successful candidate will take responsibility for all tenant-raised operational queries, managing all matters involving reactive and preventive maintenance and Capital Works, as well as soft and hard services contracts/contractors. While exposure to retail property is an advantage, we are broadly looking for a Facilities Manager who is well organised, has fantastic stakeholder skills and is strong in the areas of reporting and keeping on top of priorities. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure a Planned Preventive Maintenance Programme is established and managed appropriately Day-to-day management of all matters relating to operations, engineering, risk and compliance Operate within budget limits, authorities, and procedures issued Ensure a high level of quality control and compliance of all contractors Conduct inspections of entire property, including all common areas and plant rooms Ensure contractor management and facilities administration Manage tenant relationships in regards to operational issues and satisfaction with emphasis on tenant retention Assist client and their consultants with development and implementation of capital works Our client is a well established and highly regarded property group, so if you have existing facilities management experience and are looking for a sound career development opportunity, or a fill in role for a period of time, please do not hesitate to send your CV for attention of Lawrence Peters to assess your experience in more depth.
