This role will see you assisting in the ongoing employee and administrative support activities. Your duties will include: Assist the Human Resources Manager with recruitment and retention activities, particularly with booking interviews and reference checking. HR support for day-to-day requests, including document preparation and reporting maintaining accurate employee records and assist with HR and safety data Manage data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records across various systems. Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of HR systems and processes Support the senior leadership team with administrative tasks as needed. The first point of contact for basic HR inquiries, ensuring employees have access to essential information and support. Collaborating with our team with various initiatives and projects What we’re looking for: Previous experience in hospitality/hotel environment and/or Admin and Human Resources (desirable). Outgoing, confident, and friendly personality—love to connect with others Excellent communication skills with a positive approach. Highly organized; able to prioritize. Ability to assess situations and make fair decisions. Attention to detail, catching the little things that make a big difference. What does a good fit look like?
