If you're an experienced Operations/ Customer Service Admin looking for a rewarding role in a close-knit team, we want to hear from you The Role: Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional with experience in customer service and operations support? Identimark is looking for an Operations/ Customer Service Admin to join our team. This role will work on hybrid model and can be onsite with our warehouse team some days in Caringbah, NSW. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for processing and tracking orders from clients through to suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and providing excellent service to our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is computer-savvy, takes full ownership of their tasks, is self-driven, independent and is passionate about continuous improvement. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Supplier Liaison: Following up with suppliers and updating teams on supplier status and lead times. Coordinating design and artwork requirements for orders and quotes. Check product at the warehouse, before distribution. Logistics: Freight management, including tracking international shipments and communicating delays. Tracking orders and ensuring timely dispatch through 3PLs, suppliers, and contractors. Customer Support: Providing telephonic and email customer support. Updating clients on order status and responding to inquiries Processing orders from Sales Representatives. Pricing and preparing quotations. What We Are Looking For: Proven experience as a customer service administrator or in a similar role. Experience in Print/Signage related industry (advantageous but not a requirement) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and solve problems as they arise. High attention to detail and fast typing skills for accurate data entry.
