The Position As the Administration Officer of the My Care Partners Program, you will collaborate with the dedicated team of health professionals committed to delivering exceptional care to patients with complex and chronic conditions. To succeed in this role, you will apply your strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and your ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be a crucial link between patients, clinicians, and other service providers, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of healthcare delivery. What You’ll be Doing Provide vital administrative support to the My Care Partners Program team. Communicate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to outstanding customer service. Organise clinical huddles and case conferences to support collaborative care. Manage phone inquiries from patients and staff with discretion and professionalism. Maintain accurate records, files, databases, and spreadsheets. Support customer recruitment and retention Handle internal and external inquiries efficiently, managing appointments and staff schedules. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office and medical software (Medical Director, Pracsoft, iRad) is an advantage.
