Connect People are seeking an experienced Project Administrator for our client's Canning Vale, WA office. Our client is one of the largest infrastructure and essential services providers in Australia and New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking international science project, supported by 16 countries. The role involves providing project-based assistance and support to key teams, ensuring client requirements are met and helping the project team achieve its objectives. This is a 38 hour week, contract role. Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm. The temp contract will be between 6-12 months in length. Key Duties & Responsibilities Take and distribute meeting minutes, order PPE, and manage purchase orders Obtain quotes, process payments, and handle credit card claims Coordinate travel, book meeting rooms/venues, and arrange catering Maintain databases and assist with project tasks as required Collaborate with other administrators and project teams Skills & Experience Required High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and documentation Effective communicator with the ability to resolve issues across teams Quick to learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and project needs Connect People encourage individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities to apply for our positions.
