About We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional individual to join fantastic team in the Inner West as a Receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you are starting your career and have 1-2 years experience across administration/ reception this is a great opportunity for you to grow into the position. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude; Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a timely manner; Manage the front desk, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment; Maintain scheduling and appointment calendar for clients and staff; Assist with onboarding employees preparing necessary documentation for the recruitment process; Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages; Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation; Maintain office supplies and inventory; and Support other office staff and departments as needed. Qualifications Previous receptionist and administration experience of a minimum of 12-18 months; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Ability to remain calm and composed in a busy environment; and Professional presentation and demeanour.
