Located in the seaside municipality of Hobson's Bay, our Local Government client is seeking a temporary Administrator to provide assistance over the next 4-6 months. This role provides professional administrative support and customer service to a maternal and child health center. As you will be coordinating with both families and nurses, a strong communicative ability and a knack for managing multiple priorities is essential. A strong understanding of the Child Development Information System (CDIS) is also highly regarded. Key responsibilities: Provide over the phone support to external stakeholders, assisting with any queries or information required. Handle the booking and rescheduling of onsite appointments with both site nurses and families. Upload necessary correspondence and accurate medical history notes to the system Assist in maintaining both office and service supplies. Provide other ad-hoc administrative support to the team as required.
