We’re on the lookout for dynamic Retail Assistants to join one of our thriving stores. We have a part-time opportunity, so if you’re ready to take the next step in your retail career and be part of an exciting growth journey, we want to hear from you In this role, you'll be responsible for the RSPCA World for Pets store orders and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint of the customer journey. A passion for retail, sales, and the adventures that come with working for a charity is a must, as well as enthusiasm to be a representative of the RSPCA Qld brand. • Understanding our product range and assisting in sales, orders & monitoring order statuses. • Process online customer refunds, exchanges, vouchers, manual orders, dispatching orders, pick lists. • Managing loyalty program enquiries & customer data management. • Support broader team members with marketing activities including social media and eDM content, promotions, creatives and campaigns. • Solve post-sale customer issues, resolving customer complaints and fraud investigations. • Support broader team members with data and product integrity, for online and in-store, and including product descriptions, images, prices and conditions. • Assist within business unit for special events, stocktakes. • General administrative tasks including but not limited to product research, emails, phone calls, filing, reporting and more. Who are we looking for? • Confident in retail, customer service and must have demonstrated experience in sales (minimum of 2 years in a similar role is desired). • Confident in learning new computer programs and have strong existing computer skills including Microsoft Office and email management. • Strong, effective communication skills. • Creatively minded, with the ability to share ideas. • Strong attention to detail. • An unmistakable passion for good customer service. • Strong Time Management. • Energetic, friendly and positive attitude is a must. • Genuine interest in animal welfare and the objectives of RSPCA.
