To be considered for this role, applicants MUST be able to: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 15 customer service representatives across 7 departments. Set clear performance objectives and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to maximise team efficiency and individual development. Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance overall customer experience and retention. Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans. Collaborate with other department to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of customer issues, including monthly reporting to the global leadership team Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 5 years Customer Service Management experience Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large volume of SKUs and complex orders Articulate, and effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently report to global leaders Strong multitasking skills and the ability to switch tasks at short notice Ability to identify improvements and work through to implementation Strong numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and business targets Applicants must be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, enjoy working and contributing to a dynamic team environment and have a genuine passion for excellent customer service.
