Apply now We are seeking a Banking Call Centre Officer to join a leading mortgage provider’s busy call centre team. This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity for those with a background in customer service or banking call centres. The position is available for a fixed-term contract from 9 December 2024 until 30 June 2025 . Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from existing customers regarding their banking products, particularly home loans Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently Process transactional requests and provide accurate information on accounts and products Work towards meeting daily call centre KPIs Document and update customer records as required Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a call centre environment, preferably within the banking or financial services sector Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manner Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service Comfortable with working towards KPIs and performance targets Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Available to start 9 December 2024 Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (7.5-hour shifts) One weekend shift every 6 weeks Location: The role is based at Rhodes , conveniently located near public transport Why Apply?
