The Opportunity You’ll join a collaborative team as their Senior BI Developer , owning the end-to-end business intelligence process. Your focus will be on setting up scalable reporting and data infrastructure that ensures decision-makers have fast, reliable access to insights. Currently, the business faces challenges with report performance and scaling BI processes. This is where you come in—not just building reports, but auditing and architecting the entire BI function for the future. What You’ll Do Conduct a full audit of the existing BI systems and design future-proof solutions. Build efficient, scalable reporting pipelines for large datasets (100M records). Implement BI solutions leveraging Power BI , Azure (e.g. Synapse, Data Lake), and financial data models. Optimize query performance and address nuances of working with data from MongoDB and Azure Synapse . Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and drive financial decision-making. Take ownership of the BI function in a scale-up environment , contributing to architecture, planning, and execution. What You Bring Proven experience as a BI Developer, with strong hands-on skills in Power BI , Azure , and ETL processes. Ability to handle large-scale datasets and advise on best practices. Expertise in setting up BI infrastructure, configuring Azure workspaces, and implementing scalable processes. Familiarity with working in fast-paced, growth-driven environments where adaptability is key. Knowledge of Azure Data Factory , Azure SQL , and financial reporting tools. The Tech Stack Power BI (Service) for visualization and dashboards. Azure Data Lake , Azure SQL , and Azure Synapse for data management. Azure Active Directory for role-based access control.
