Apply with 11 Recruitment today RCF INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION PTY LTD IS seeking a motivated and skilled Production Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience in a relevant engineering role and a degree in engineering or a related field. The Production Engineer will mostly support the development of the Quality Management System documentation and create work reports for RCF’s customers. You will be involved in on-site activities and meetings. It is a position where you will have direct contact with customers most of the time. Key Responsibilities: Preparing validation and quality assurance reports, as well as developing quality management procedures and test protocols. Managing documentation control and supporting on-site testing activities. Collaborating on mechanical and automation tasks and coordinating assembly processes throughout project lifecycles. Planning, directing, and coordinating project initiatives while ensuring optimal equipment performance and maintenance in industrial settings. Analyzing operational data, workforce utilization, and production schedules to optimize efficiency and establish labor standards. Organizing project labor, managing the delivery of materials and equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards. Qualifications: Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience in a production or plant engineering role. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint): Intermediate to advanced. Interpretation of diagrams and flowcharts. Great verbal communication. Great writing. White Card. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging $73,000K- $90,000k per year plus superannuation for a Minimum 38-hour per week.
