Due to sustained growth and an expanding portfolio, they are now looking for a property superstar to join them as a Sales Contract Administrator. This person will play a key role in the smooth running of business operations, first and foremost acting as the EOI lead and managing all related tasks/documentation associated with the Sales division. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will also oversee the group's Trust Accounting function. Your Responsibilities: Manage EOI process and coordinate corresponding contract including all relevant and required documents Prepare contracts for sales of properties ensuring all contract terms and conditions are compliant Coordinate with internal sales teams, solicitors and agents to resolve any contract-related issues Maintain strong document control and provide regular updates to sales teams on the status of related contract updates/finance approvals Manage trust accounting function including bank reconciliations, deposit payments and settlement processing You Will Need: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a Builder, Developer or Real Estate Agency environment - ideally managing a high volume of contracts of some form Attention to detail and extremely strong time management skills Ability to juggle and multi-task competing responsibilities/tasks and prioritise based on commercial business outcomes A team based attitude with a desire to work closely with others and support your colleagues with the end goal in mind Your Benefits: Work within a small, nimble team who support each other and work together to cultivate an enjoyable team culture in a high pressure space A Leadership Team who trust you to get the job done without watching your every move - in conjunction with a very flexible WFH policy Busy and high paced, varied role that will challenge you professionally On-site Parking (Office based in Keilor, VIC) Salary on offer of between $80k - $100k plus Super based on skillset, experience and value ad If this opportunity is of interest, please don't hesitate to hit apply now To Note: We value your time and we hope you value ours too Please ensure you have read the above information completely and meet the minimum selection criteria, we might not be able to get back to you otherwise.
