To be eligible, you’ll need a Completed Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, Current Working with Children Check as well as a Child Protection Certificate. Key Responsibilities Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will: Inspire children through play-based learning and engaging experiences. Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning. Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages creativity and resilience. Build strong relationships with children and fellow team members. Document and celebrate children’s developmental milestones. Lead the curriculum and ensure practices align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Building strong connections with parents and fostering a robust home-school partnership program.
