About the role We have an opportunity for a General Administrative Support Officer to be part of our Newcastle City Police District . The General Administrative Support Officer provides the delivery of efficient and effective general administration, clerical support, and receptionist services with a focus on quality services to commands/business units. A talent pool will be created for future ongoing permanent and/or temporary roles. The successful applicant will be required to work at Waratah and Newcastle Police Stations as well as the Newcastle Court House on a rotational basis and will be required to work a 9 day fortnight on a rotational roster.
