Where you'll be working Drug and Alcohol Service, Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) What you'll be doing This position plays a key role in delivering efficient, high-level administration and customer support. It also involves assisting with the management of the administration team and workflows in Drug & Alcohol Services, with the goal of enhancing administrative efficiency and ensuring a positive patient experience. People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply. Candidates will need to meet the following criteria: Ability to guide team members in delivering high-quality customer services. Proficiency in writing reports, procedural manuals, meeting papers and complex documents with accurately and clarity. Demonstrated proficiency in computer-based systems, including NSW health systems and Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
