We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join the team in our Launceston Office. Summary: The Team Leader – Clinical Administration position provides operational and administration support to all members of the Clinical Services Team. Working alongside the Clinical Care Supervisor, the position supports all administrative needs of the Supervisor and Registered and Enrolled Nurses. The position provides support, oversight and mentoring to other relevant Clinical Services administration staff. Our Launceston team are based in a brand-new state of the art building. The team provides state wide support to CHSP, HCP, DVA, Community Champions clients and NDIS participants. Duties include but not limited to: Daily management of the Clinical Services outlook inbox and calendar. Triage of client incidents through to Supervisor and/or other nursing staff, in consultation with Clinical Care Supervisor as required. Receiving and actioning all referrals to the Clinical Services Team, internal and external across all revenue streams. Scheduling of all client visits for EN/RNs, internal and external across all revenue streams. Management of any schedule changes based off client cancellation, staff sick leave, leave coverage and similar. Working with Clinical Care Supervisor on document development. Providing administrative support for drafting, development and review – with Clinical based content being reviewed by Clinical Care Supervisor. Coordination of Clinical Assessments between Case Management Team and Clinical Team. Booking of client visit, preparation of paperwork, administrative support once assessment is completed as required by EN/RN. Development of Meeting and Agenda and Minutes for Clinical Services meeting, with direction from Clinical Care Supervisor. Other relevant administration tasks as required by Clinical Care Supervisor and other Clinical staff. About you: We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual who wants to make a difference and holds the following skills. High level of written and oral communication skills with proven ability to effectively communicate with staff, volunteers, a range of service users, clients, carers and members of general public. Knowledge of My Aged Care portal desirable. Knowledge of aged care and NDIS funding desirable. Knowledge of a range of support services available in Tasmania. Proficient in the use of computer software including but not limited to word, excel, internet and email.
