This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your HR knowledge in a fast-paced role where no two days are the same As the HR Administration Officer, you will report directly to the HR Advisor onsite and will support the HR team to ensure smooth operations across key HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration. Your key responsibilities will include: Being highly visible and available for employee enquiries across the site and escalating any serious matters to the HR Advisor Ensuring a basic understanding of the relevant Awards Assisting with the preparation of documentation in relation to counselling and disciplinary requirements as per company policy, best practice and legislative requirements Facilitating and supporting employee incentive programs that encourage engagement of staff Assisting with operational staff recruitment and coordinating the induction process for new hires Actively support the wider HR team with a range of HR activities across the organisation throughout the year Assist with the communication to staff in conjunction with other HR staff to ensure that staff are continuously informed of activities across the organisation through relevant channels Liaise with payroll to ensure all new employees are entered into the HRIS About Us Established in 1969, BE Campbell has grown to be one of Australia's largest family-owned meat operation, supplying supermarkets, restaurants, retail butchers, small-goods producers, and export channels.
