Full-time, permanent position Collaborative and innovative working environment Join a school committed to student and staff wellbeing The Role Leading independent girls' school, Camberwell Girls Grammar School, presents an opportunity for a Performing Arts Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Directors of Music and the Head of Drama and Performing Arts, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative assistance to enable the smooth running of the Music Department. You will make an impact by: Supporting the Directors of Music in coordinating the School’s Music programs and events, including Music Concerts, House Music, School Productions, Music Scholarship auditions and Music, Speech & Drama examinations Providing high level administrative support and assistance, including diary management Managing the use of the Music Department’s rooms and teaching spaces Acting as the primary interface for all current and prospective parents and Music Tutors, regarding the School’s Private Tuition program Preparing and coordinating Music Camp, excursions and incursions Managing and maintaining the inventory of music equipment, instruments and resources and coordinating the repairs and hiring of instruments About you You are an experienced Administrator, who has a strong understanding of the complexities of the operational requirements of a music department. You have excellent interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, outstanding organisation and planning and initiative. Others describe you as friendly, professional and team orientated. You will have: Previous experience in a similar role Strong computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office Current Working with Children Check Current Criminal Record Check Why Camberwell Girls Grammar School?
