Your Role: As a Project Management Administrator you will undertake the following duties: • Project Management Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting executive-level operations, overseeing projects, and managing analytical tasks. • position reports directly to the CEO • Help with the business wealth management and make cost improvements to better increase margins • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise professionalism when managing sensitive information • Assist the CEO with company forecasts and budgets • Track, analyse, and prepare reports to ensure projects align with timelines and compliance requirements. • Conduct research and gather information for projects and initiatives • Prepare presentations and help with recruitment for the business needs • Take meeting minutes, distribute action items, and follow up on progress as needed. • Manage expenses and prepare detailed expense reports. • Provide ad-hoc management advice to internal managers • Assist with scheduling, logistics, and research for ongoing initiatives • Implement and maintain operational systems, service protocols, and compliance standards, including RSA and WHS guidelines EXPERIENCE • Ability to analyze data, interpret sales forecasts, and identify gaps and trends. • Experience in coordinating multiple tasks with attention to detail. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in sales forecasting. • Familiarity with event packages, pricing, and effective selling techniques. • Familiarity with compliance requirements. • Knowledge of venue operations, event packages, and sales strategies. • Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact effectively with VIP clients and stakeholders. • Proficiency in managing schedules, timelines, and reports under tight deadlines. • Previous experience developing and implementing budgets, forecasts and business plans. • Previous track record in the delivery and achievement of company objectives and growth strategies. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and databases • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, or equivalent.
