As the first point of contact for our site, you will play a crucial role in welcoming visitors and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Monitor program mailboxes and attend to enquiries about our services and programs - providing prompt responses to emails and timely relaying of information to employees as appropriate. Use your skills and experience to identify ways to make front desk operations run smoother and more efficiently. What do you need to bring? Certificate 2 in Business Administration or equivalent demonstrated experience. Proven experience in delivering accurate and detailed administrative services, including record keeping and file management. High level of organisational skills, effective time management, and the ability to prioritise and multi-task under tight timeframes. Demonstrated proficiency in using computer software, including databases, MS Office (Word, Excel), internet, and Outlook. Knowledge of the Community Housing or Private Rental sector is a bonus.
