We are looking for an Account Manager / Trainer who enjoys being on customer sites to be a part of our team and growing success. THE ROLE Reporting to the Installations Manager, your responsibilities will be: • Provide face to face training to customers on recently installed phone system. • Assist customers with any fine tune programming required. • Manage new customer accounts, upsell and identify new sales opportunities • Liaise with other departments to provide solutions for customers regarding telecommunication requests and queries. • Establish communication and develop relationships with customers and stakeholders. • Working closely with the technical support team to ensure products materials provide current and relevant information. • Observing installation standards on site and reporting • Can do, positive attitude. Capability to see bigger picture and take ownership until issues are resolved. • Maintain all administrative requirements of the role; CRM, Calendars, Jobsheets etc… EXPERIENCE • Customer Service and presentation skills • Account management in an upsell /sales capacity • Previous training experience preferred but not essential • Exceptional communication skills • Commercial acumen • Strong relationship building skills • Strong computer skills • Current Australian driver’s licence and own car BENEFITS AND PERKS We will provide you with comprehensive training to ensure you are given the right tools for success.
