Position Overview: As our Social Media Content & Graphic Design Specialist, you’ll be joining an agile marketing team at a very exciting time for our company. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for someone with an eye for engaging visual and written content. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining our social media marketing presence through engaging content, and you will also have the opportunity to design online and traditional marketing materials. Key Responsibilities: Create various forms of social media content such as videos, images, and written copy, aligned with our marketing strategy and suitable for various social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Mailchimp, and our websites. Schedule and publish posts according to the established social media content calendar. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements. Respond to inquiries, comments, and direct messages promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Maintain online communities around our brand, fostering a positive and supportive environment. Create and develop marketing and promotional materials, including print and digital assets, for social media, advertisements, brochures, flyers, corporate materials, displays, point of sale materials, and packaging. Collaborate across a variety of subsidiary organizations, while maintaining each one's unique brand style. Execute visual storytelling and branding strategies to effectively communicate client messages. Requirements: A qualification in Multimedia, Design, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Experience with Canva and social media platforms. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices. Strong time management skills with the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise work to meet deadlines and performance standards. High attention to detail, creativity, and a solid understanding of branding principles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software. Adaptable and versatile in handling various client needs and design requests. Highly Regarded: Experience in professional videography and photography. Passion for health, wellness, and corporate wellness initiatives. Experience using the Adobe suites (bonus points if you’re Photoshop certified). Experience with Canva is a big plus.
