The Position: The Customer Service and Administration Officer will be based in our corporate office in the Perth CBD. The position will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries about parking and day-to-day administration functions. Responsibilities Include: • Answering incoming calls and email queries from customers & clients • Accurate data entry & management of customer accounts • Provide case management administrative support to branch teams • Provide general administrative duties, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and banking. • Adhere to and role model the Company values & policies at all times • Take reasonable care of the health and safety of yourself and others, and report hazards and incidents • Comply with Company policies and procedures and legislative requirements Role requirements: • Experience in an office environment, in an administrative or reception role • Strong time management skills and attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment • Professional approach and good phone manners especially when dealing with difficult or distressed clients • Ability to use multiple computer systems simultaneously • Ability to work within a team with minimal supervision Candidates will be required to complete a national police check.
