Customer Service / Internal Sales - Choose Your Hours We are seeking a personable Customer Service / Internal Sales Consultant to become part of a family-owned and operated business. With flexible hours available, we can accommodate school hours from 9 am – 2 pm Monday to Friday, three full days, or full time. Specialising in safety products for the heavy vehicle industry, this role offers in-depth systems training and responsibilities such as answering incoming calls, managing a shared inbox, and assisting in filtering through a large database of clients to ensure contact details are maintained. There will also be regular contact with new customers and involvement in coordinating orders with the warehouse team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities. Set appointments for the business development team with qualified prospects. Utilise CRM (HubSpot), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Conduct market research and customer surveys as needed. Key Requirements: Proven experience in phone-based roles. Experience with Office 365 and CRM systems (preferred but not essential). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
