Work with 3rd party suppliers, manufacturers, and service agents to schedule and coordinate service calls, keeping everything running smoothly. Log service calls and keep detailed, accurate customer service records – because details matter Whether it's processing returns, arranging refunds, or coordinating credits, you’ll be the one ensuring customers get the solution they need. You’ll handle all customer emails and calls with confidence, responding in a friendly and timely manner to resolve their queries. Keep yourself up to date with the latest product info and training so you can provide the best possible advice.
