Lindsay Transport are seeking a data driven administrator to support our Parts team in our Brisbane workshop. The Role: Lindsay Transport is currently seeking an Administrator to join the Parts team in our Brisbane workshop. We are a people centric business, full of no-nonsense and committed individuals and are looking for someone cut from this same cloth. As such, for our preferred candidate we are open to flexible office-based work hours, including part time and school hours, through to full time. This role does entail high volume data entry; we are open to chatting with candidates who already have this experience, or are at the start of their career. Your main responsibilities will include: Daily monitoring and actioning of multiple email boxes Raising purchase orders for vendors Australia wide Processing invoices for payment Maintaining and filing of service records Ordering and receival of parts as required About you: To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate: Experience in administration and data entry advantageous but not essential. Previous experience in automotive spare parts required Sound computer skills, especially in MS Office Self-motivated and comfortable with a high level of autonomy Transport/automotive industry experience advantageous Lindsay Australia operates with a culture of honesty and openness.
