Logistics Administrator required in Eagle Farm, $35ph, full time hours Our Client Based in the inner northern suburb of Eagle Farm, our client is a world leader specialising in the production and distribution of lubricant products. They are looking for a reliable, experienced and positive person to join their admin team. What will you do? Answering phone calls and attending to customer enquiries Monitoring and sorting emails Processing orders received from email and over the phone Use Business Central to input orders, find product and check availability of stock Managing customer back orders on the receipt of supplier orders Working as a team alongside other admin, warehouse and logistics staff Liaising with warehouse and sales staff to provide customers with order ETA's Who are you? You will come with a great attitude and willingness to work, and you may also possess: Experience in customer service The ability to learn new skills quickly The ability to multitask and be flexible Dispatch experience Experience using Business Central or a similar software A friendly attitude and be able to work in a team environment Intermediate skills with MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) What to do now?
