About the Role: We are seeking a motivated individual who is available to work on Mondays, with additional flexible days throughout the week. This role requires a minimum commitment of 22 hours per week, spread across at least three days. Key responsibilities include: Handling inbound calls and delivering exceptional customer service to both current and prospective customers. Providing accurate and detailed product information while efficiently updating customer records. Addressing and resolving customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, always striving for continuous improvement. Demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to ongoing personal and team development. Be flexible with working hours, including availability between 8 am and 6 pm and occasional public holidays. What You'll Bring: Previous experience in customer service (call centre, office, retail, or hospitality backgrounds are welcome). Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly. Familiarity with Customer Management Systems/Databases. Proven teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred previous experience in a Contact Centre environment.
