We are currently seeking applications for a Warehouse Office Administrator We are looking for: An experienced, detailed administrator to work in the office of our Acacia Ridge warehouse. An organised, self-motivated worker who is reliable and adaptable A quick learner who has a good understanding of computers and feels that they can pick up programs easily Full training provided Monday to Friday, hours can be flexible to suit, warehouse hours generally 7am-3pm. Ability to work every 2nd Saturday would be ideal - 7am-11am Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded. Previous experience with Pronto highly regarded Role Responsibilities Prepare daily paperwork for warehouse team and stores Liaise with stores and carriers Answer incoming calls to the warehouse and direct as required Manage incoming emails Manage office supplies Be comfortable working in a warehouse environment We sincerely thank all applicants for their interest in joining our team.
