The role The Project Officer supports the planning and delivery of one or more assigned infrastructure (construction) projects ranging in low to medium risk and complexity, or with medium to high in risk and complexity, to ensure time, cost, quality, safety and environment targets and corporate and region expectations and requirements are met. For more information read the full Role Description: Project Officer What you will bring to the role You will contribute to the planning and delivery of assigned infrastructure (construction) projects in accordance with standard organisational procedures and provide project and operational support, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones and deliverables, to ensure time, cost and quality indicators are in line with approved project plans. Assist the team to develop project plans, including collating documents and records, undertake business development activities including assisting in preparation of fee proposals, attending business development meetings and contributing towards opportunities for repeat and new business. Key knowledge and experience Well-developed knowledge and understanding of current Work Health and Safety legislation and regulations. Essential requirements Appropriate trade, post-trade or tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant working experience in project management, engineering, architecture, and building or construction. A valid NSW Driver licence and willingness to drive to remote locations which may include overnight stays.
