We're hiring an experienced Electrician in Nhill, VIC Offering a relocation package and free accommodation for the first 2 months. We are seeking a Plant Electrician for a position in Nhill, Victoria, offering a salary of $120,000 per year. A relocation package of $5,000 is included, and accommodation in an on-site mobile home will be provided free of charge for up to two months. About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Plant Electrician to join our team. You will maintain machinery, perform electrical repairs, and ensure the production line runs smoothly. You will also manage a 2nd-year apprentice and work as part of a 10-person maintenance team. Key Responsibilities: Perform electrical maintenance and repairs Diagnose faults and maintain equipment Install and modify machinery Manage tools and stock Ensure safety and compliance Qualifications: Electrical qualifications 5 years in industrial or production maintenance Experience with PLC and SCADA systems (preferred) Food manufacturing experience (preferred) Current driver’s license Forklift license (desirable) Shift & Roster: AM shift with flexibility Weekend checks (approx. 1hr) and standby duties every 3-4 weeks No Christmas shutdown About FIP Group FIP Group is an Australian owned specialist recruitment and workforce management company with both local and international talent solutions.
