The Role As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a vital role in managing and enhancing the organisation’s current hybrid infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing robust solutions, optimising performance, and supporting technical operations. Additionally, you will lead projects, resolve complex issues, and mentor junior team members, contributing to the overall success of the technology team. Responsibilities: Develop and deploy secure and scalable technology solutions, including networks, servers, Active Directory, and storage systems; Manage and maintain expertise across Microsoft 365 platforms, including Office365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange), Entra ID, and Azure; Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure reliability and security; Lead and participate in initiatives such as system upgrades, migrations, SD-WAN rollouts, and network refreshes; Act as the go-to expert for troubleshooting complex issues and providing end-to-end support; and Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering skill development and technical growth.
