We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a seasoned Graphic Designer to join the By Charlotte brand and contribute to our continued success. The Role Working alongside our Marketing & Creative team, you’ll collaborate on meaningful projects and support our Art Director on content for all our channels. From campaign launches to retail and marketing assets, you’ll ensure our creative output reflects the by charlotte brand and vision. This role involves planning and executing digital and print collateral, partnering with the Marketing, Creative, and Ecommerce teams to bring our storytelling to life. Key Responsibilities Design engaging artwork for digital and print assets including but limited to eDMs, POS signage, social media (organic and paid), website content and window decals to support seasonal campaigns. Ensure designs are consistent with our brand guidelines, impactful, and optimised for the intended platform with exceptional usability. Work closely with our Marketing and Ecommerce teams to meet project briefs and offer creative input on campaigns. Utilise our brand style guides to uphold our tone-of-voice and visual standards across all customer touchpoints. Manage your time effectively, meet deadlines, and continuously improve design processes for greater efficiency. Assist with content formatting, photography, and video production as needed, and provide input on new content initiatives. Coordinate with all stakeholders to articulate, innovate and present new ideas for the brand standards and content design. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Proven Graphic Design experience in Fashion or Beauty is essential. Minimum 2-3 years in a Graphic Designer role.
