You’ll be the face of our venues, delivering top-tier service in both the bar and gaming areas. Your day-to-day will include: Bar Service: Crafting drinks and providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring they have everything they need for a great time. Gaming Assistance: Overseeing the gaming floor, ensuring guests enjoy a safe and fun environment, and providing support when needed. Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers to build rapport, answer questions, and enhance their overall experience. Venue Operations: Assisting with stock management, maintaining a clean and inviting space, and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar and gaming areas. Flexibility: You’ll work across a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, ensuring no two days are the same The right fit will……. Have previous customer service experience, whether in retail, hospitality, or gaming. Possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to naturally build rapport with a diverse range of customers. Be a team player, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every shift. Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) and Sr. Keno certification or willingness to take it. Be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
