About the Role:

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the Bras N Things Rouse Hill team for the Christmas period. This casual role will require you to work weekends, a few weekdays, and peak trading times (including public holidays, sale periods, and the busy festive season). Availability from November 2024 through January 2025 is essential.

As a Christmas Casual, your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers with a smile and helping them find the perfect items.
• Replenishing stock and maintaining store presentation to keep it looking fantastic.
• Creating a magical shopping experience for customers during the most exciting time of the year.
• No prior experience? No problem! Full induction and training will be provided to set you up for success.

What Skills Do You Need?

• You love people! You have the confidence to engage with customers and provide a memorable shopping experience.
• Multi-tasking skills – You can juggle multiple tasks while focusing on what’s most important.
• Time management – You’re able to work efficiently in a busy environment and meet deadlines.
• Adaptable and proactive – You show initiative, solve problems, and ask questions when needed.
