Role Overview: Dream Home Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our residential building/commercial sites. If you have a strong eye for detail and a passion for leading construction teams, we want you to help ensure our projects are completed on time and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations on residential construction sites. Develop detailed designs, plans, and blueprints for construction projects, ensuring they meet safety standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee the planning and execution of civil engineering projects, from initial concept through to completion, managing timelines and resources. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and resolve any issues. Perform engineering calculations related to load-bearing structures, materials, and other construction factors to ensure stability and safety. Assess project feasibility, including environmental, financial, and legal constraints, and present recommendations. Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate technical designs and ensure the project runs smoothly. Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site workers, and material deliveries. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and building standards. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays on site. Report on worksite performance, timelines, and budget to the Project Manager. Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to design plans. Qualifications & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree or higher Proven experience in a Civil Engineer role, preferably within the staffing or healthcare sectors. Proven experience as a Civil Engineer or similar role. Minimum of 3-5 years in residential construction and development. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Proficient in project management tools and construction site management. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to connect our product capabilities to customers' business needs.
