This position calls for a Payment Assurance Administrator who is adept at managing financial transactions and assuring the accuracy of payments. The successful candidate will play a vital role to support subcontractors and the finance department with administration duties for our client within the logistics and transportation sector. This role is 12 month fixed term contract, with office locations to avail of across Melbourne CBD, Altona and/or Tullamarine. Description Oversee and manage the administration and data entry of financial transactions. Ensure accuracy and timeliness and management for subcontractors payments. Collaborate with teams to resolve any payment disputes and discrepancies. Investigate payment errors and liaise with stakeholders to resolve. Maintain thorough records of all transactions. Assist in the preparation of financial reports. Contribute to the implementation of financial policies and procedures. Engage in regular audits to ensure compliance. Profile A successful Payment Assurance Administrator should have: Similar experience with admin & data entry supporting a finance team prior or a related field. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficiency in excel and MS Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A knack for problem-solving and decision-making.
