If you are an organized, self-driven individual with project management experience, we have an opportunity for a full-time Project Manager & Executive Administrator to join our team based in either our Sydney or New York location . In this role, you will play a pivotal role in support ing our Global Chief Operating Officer and the wider global support team to plan and execute key multi-year projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with our strategic goals . As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for : P roject Management Plan, develop and implement project activities as directed, en su ring t imely and successful delivery Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and deliverables Oversee project deployment, scheduling, project scope, project teams' formation, budget estimation, and stakeholder management to meet short- and long-term goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track milestones, resolve issues, and ensure projects are on track and within budget Structure and manage multi-year projects, monitoring milestones and risks Reporting & Analytics Prepare and coordinate executive reports for the Global Support Team and the Board, synthesizing complex data into concise, actionable insights Utilize analytics tools to create clear, visual performance metrics and infographics for key stakeholders Monitor project health and performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to leadership Prepare briefing materials and presentations, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with project objectives Executive Administration Support Manage Global Chief Operating Officer's scheduling appointments and coordinate travel arrangements Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes and action points follow-up Plan and execute events such as regional meetings, strategy days and summits on behalf of the Global Support Team Assist in preparing and editing reports, presentations and correspondence with quality standards Ideally a successful candidate will bring: Experience / Qualification / Licenses: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field Certification in project management or similar highly advantageous 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a global organization Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-year projects Skills: Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana), data analytics tools and Microsoft Suite Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities Demonstrated problem-solving and analytic skills If this sounds like you, we would love for you to apply today Applications close: 13 December 2024, 11:59 AEDT If you would like to know how your data is being used, please refer to our .
