Introduction We are seeking a Program Administrator to join our team. Description The Beacon Explorers Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Co-Curricular program within the Beacon Explorers Department. This position focuses on assisting teachers and coaches involved in Co-Curricular activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable managing the demands of a busy, deadline-driven setting. Position details: Part time, ongoing position commencing by negotiation 0.60 FTE, working 22.8 hours per week Working four days per week Working days to be negotiated by agreement with Head of Experiential and eXtra Co-Curricular Manager Opportunity to work at the Berwick Campus from time to time 4 weeks annual leave to be taken during term time Key Responsibilities: Provide support to the Extra Co-Curricular Manager in completing the adminstative tasks required in the department Manage and complete a range of administrative tasks under the direction of the Head of Experiential and eXtra Coordinator Support the successful running of eXtra Holiday programs, in the facilitation of activities or coordination of them.
