Senior level coordination and administration role supporting the wider National Facilities Management delivery team. Property Network of Australia is seeking a Contracts Administrator to work with a leading healthcare organisation based in the Inner East Suburbs of Melbourne. Our client owns a national portfolio of healthcare & living assets and is seeking to employ to cover a period of maternity leave. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting the Facilities Management teams delivery, ensuring that maintenance plans are executed smoothly and consistently. You will work closely with contractors and vendors, manage risk, and liaise with various stakeholders to guarantee compliance with legislative and organizational requirements. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Contractor & Vendor Management: Oversee onboarding of new vendors, manage compliance, documentation, and ensure adherence to organizational policies. Act as the primary escalation point for vendor-related issues. Work Order Management: Support preventative and reactive maintenance schedules, prioritize and process work requests, and coordinate closely with contractors and site representatives. Administration & Reporting: Prepare and manage documents related to work orders, capital expenditure, and essential safety measures. Ensure timely reporting on key metrics such as work order tracking, scheduled inspections, and backlog maintenance. Customer Service: Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have: 3-5 years’ experience with a Work Order Management System Experience of onboarding of new vendors, manage compliance, documentation, and ensure adherence to organizational policies.
