Support Vehicles Australia (SVA) are a leading design and manufacturing organisation supplying heavy equipment to key clients primarily in the mining industry within Australia. We are a specialist vehicle body builder designing and manufacturing a range of mining and construction equipment including water trucks, service modules and trailers. SVA are looking to hire an Administration Officer to help organise and maintain our fast-paced engineering office. The role being offered is Permanent Full Time however part time hours would be considered (5 days per week/6 hours per day) Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your area of responsibility will include but not limited to: Update and manage the Engineering schedule. Document minutes of meetings Assign tasks and manage the Engineering Planner. Provide BOM assistance to the engineering team. Build and update SharePoint Registers Review and approve engineering timesheets. Develop and maintain engineering work instructions, forms, and procedures. Manage and maintain engineering documentation. Coordinate engineering team building events. Additional support to the Engineering manager as required. The desired applicant will have: Great people skills Competent user of Microsoft Office SharePoint experience an advantage Great verbal and written communication skills. Works well in a team environment Great time management skills with a positive attitude towards safety, quality and good housekeeping Full time salary between $58,000 - $70,000/annum. Remuneration will be considered with regards to your skill and experience.
