Our client, a well-regarded leader in the hospitality construction space, is looking for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to oversee complex, detail-rich projects from inception to completion. We’re seeking a Senior CA who thrives in a small, collaborative team environment. Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Manage the entire project lifecycle using Procore, from scoping and procurement to contract administration and financial closeout. Financial and Budget Management: Lead the financial planning and management for each project, including budget forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure the project meets profitability targets. Cost Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular, detailed cost reports and forecasts to project stakeholders, identifying potential financial risks early and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks. Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Negotiate contracts, oversee payments, and manage vendor relationships to ensure financial efficiency and quality standards are met. Commercial Management: Maintain the project’s commercial standing throughout the build, overseeing cash flow, contract compliance, and resolving financial issues as they arise.
